Envoys support services are available in different forms, all with the sole objectives of providing support to the users, based on their actual requirements.These services include:

Site Support Services –

  • Dedicated team of Project/Maintenance Engineers and Project Managers.
  • Supported by Electrical and Civil Contractors for Site activities.
  • Installation, Testing, Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance of Projects.

Remote Support Services – Remote connections to control centers and Products and Solutions s allow Envoys engineers to support operation and maintenance of the Products and Solutions.

Training – Operation, Maintenance and Product Support training is regular feature of contract services available for Envoys Products & Products and Solutions.

Standard Warranty service for Products and Solutions includes:

  • Free of Charge, training on Envoys Products and Solutions (As Required)
  • Phone support during office work hours (Monday - Saturday, 10am - 6pm).
  • 24X7 Email Support

Post Warranty Service Level Agreements (SLA) – level of service is customized to client’s requirement and ranges from On-Site Services, Back Office Services to remote support services.
