RLVD Application Software installed at Command & Control Centre receives red light violation packet over 3G/4G Network which is then processed through RLVD Application Software and the number plate read by the OCR (Optical Character Recognizer) Module is then used to generate E-Challan along with violating vehicle image with traffic light status in the background, as evidence. In addition to violating vehicle image, other details such as - Image of number plate, System (OCR) generated number plate details, Location of violation, Date & Time of offense, type of violation (Red Light/Stop Line/Speed).
